It Is What It Is… (Tha Weekly Ramble)

 

Barack Obama has chosen Joe Biden to be his Vice President.  I myself wanted the “Dream Ticket” (Hilary Clinton), but I’m not running for President, so who am I to talk about the mans VP choice, i just hope its the right one.  But, the reason i’m writing this post today is because I do have one HUGE problem with Mr. Obama and his campaign.

  BARACK HAS NOT BEEN TO THE NORTHERN PANHANDLE OF WEST VIRGINIA!!  My part of the state or even north central hell or even 30 minutes from me in PA or OH.  Is Mr. Obama afraid of us?  Or is he too good for us?  I could careless if Biden is the blue collar white guy that he needs to win Ohio, PA, & WV.  Because, honestly I don’t buy it!  Barack got slaughtered in WV in May because HE WAS NEVER HERE!!… Oh, my bad he was down state kissing the right asses to get the super delegates!  Oh yeah, Hillary (Fairmont & St. Clairsville, OH) and Bill (Morgantown & Steubenville, OH) were here…Damn Homie! where were you?!

 

  BTW… John McCain will be in Washington, PA at Wild Things Stadium on Saturday.  Which is 30 minutes from many locations in the Northern Panhandle & North Central, WV.  Looks like he realized that almost every President elected since 1916 has won West Virginia.

  Don’t get it twisted for now, I’m a Obama Supporter and Barack has run a brilliant campaign to this point.  He’s energized the nation and made people believe that their vote is worth something.  He has revolutionized the way campaigns will be run in the future, with YouTube, blogging, websites…”the new grass roots campaigning”. 

  There are alot of problems that need to be dealt with in the Northern Panhandle.  I just hope that by November Mr. Obama can prove to me and others in West Virgina that Presumptive John McCain’s ads aren’t speaking the truth when they say Obama’s an elitist (can’t sympathize with the average joe) and too big of a celebrity… Is It What It Is?  I hope not…
