D.D.’s 10 Thoughts On College Football: Week 2

Before you read the latest installment of D.D.’s 10 Thoughts On College Football: Week 2, know that I am NOT HAPPY!!  There may be some foul language, some name calling, and there will be LOTS OF FRUSTRATION!!  Because college football gave me few moments to smile at in Week 2.  Anyways, I’ll start my 10 thoughts off with my Notre Dame Fighting Irish…

1. Notre Dame!! God Damn Notre Dame!!  I almost cried this weekend while watching them come a fumble on the centimeter line away from losing to SAN DIEGO STATE, who lost to CAL POLY the week before!!  It’s gonna be a long f’n year again!  If we don’t get our acts together and Mr. Weis, I’m starting to think you ain’t shit!!  Brady Quinn, Darius Walker and the boys WEREN’T YOUR RECRUITS!!  Can u coach college football? Can u develop college players?  I have no answer, if i don’t get one this year…YOU CAN GET THE STEPPIN!!
2. OHIO STATE!!  I sat down and watched their game against OHIO U and saw, what?  NOT A DAMN THING!!  Ohio State SUCKS!!  I don’t care if Beanie Wells is hurt or whatever, you cant be an elite team and basically win on a Punt Return that should have been called back b/c of a clip!!  I thought I was gonna see a team ready to take on USC next Saturday, but naw!!  Them Boys From Athens, shit on you all day.  But what is scary…Ohio State couldn’t move the ball…Good Luck against the best Defense in the Country at USC next week!  Ohio State should be ranked #24.
3. Sticking with the bottom of the Top 25!  WEST FUCKIN VIRGINIA!!  Wow did those guys show some weaknesses!!  The secondary is terrible! You can’t handle a mobile QB! You guys are just weak!  Play calling sucks!  Dear Bill Stewart I called you Larry Coker last week, win the championship first then suck OK? You’re getting it backwards!  This week Mr. White needs to drive to Rich Rod’s house in Michigan, go out side his window, put a CD player over his head playing “Baby Come Back…You Can Blame It All On Me”!
4. Referees!Why would you screw up a great game (Washington vs. BYU), that could change the course of a season!  When a team drives 76 yards for a touchdown and ties the game up with 2 seconds left and celebrates, that’s called being human! Not celebrating!! The ref’s may have ruined Washington’s season, a chance to beat a  ranked team, and it may have cost Tyrone Willingham his job! I Hope You Feel Good About Yourselves Refs!!
5. Nate Davis is a BEAST!!  If you didn’t already know!  He rolled all over Navy last Friday passing for 335 yards and 4 touchdowns!  BALL STATE = BCS BUSTERS!!  Be on the look out, trust me now!
6. Penn State’s Offense looks crazy crazy scary!!  Joe Pa, might not be able to keep his players out of jail, but he must still be able to coach!!  Penn State Administration, leave this dude alone!
7. East Carolina may be playing in the National Championship Game!  They may have the ugliest jersey’s in college football, but right now they are America’s favorite team “The Cinderella”!!  And with their huge jump to 14 in the polls, and their toughest game being Central Florida (no slouch, seriously), the only thing stopping them from playing in the big game is themselves. 
8. The Dr. Lou Segments with Lou Holtz are amazing!! If you get a chance to check them out this weekend please do!!  They played them all weekend!  Hilarious!
9. The Big East Is Terrible!!  UCONN struggled with Temple, Pitt struggled with Buffalo, Syracuse could be the worst team ever, Louisville needs a new coach, and Rutgers is rebuilding…
10. And Finally, My Prediction last week Miami over Floridamay have been wrong…BUT Miami is BACK!!  They had Florida on the ropes (9-3 in the 4th quarter) and made Tebow look like shit all game!  Miami will win the ACC this year…bold statement!

Upset Prediction for Week 3: (21)Fresno State over (10)Wisconsin….Fresno Is Nice, hop on the bandwagon!
