REALLY?! (5 Interesting Stories That Came Across My Desk)
From Newspaper to Newspaper, Internet Article to TV commercial, I’m always saying to myself Really?! When i see a funny, interesting, or shocking story. And before you say anything, THIS IS NOT ORIGINAL at all! My friends at work are the ones that have me saying Really?! all the time now! And after seeing it on SNL’s weekend update, I figured I’d add it to my blog as well. So, here are the 5 stories this week that made me say REALLY?! Such as the guy who tried to buy McDonalds with a Dime Bag Of Weed…
- REALLY?! A Man in Vero Beach, Florida, stopped at the McDonalds drive-thru, ordered Chicken Nuggets or something, then tried to pay for his food WITH WEED!! REALLY?! The McDonalds employee didn’t accept, but did report the mans car to the police. He was then charged with possession and a $500 bail. REALLY?! CLICK HERE FOR REAL STORY
- REALLY?! New York Knicks Coach Mike D’Antoni, has deactivated Stephon Marbury until further notice! So Stephon will be making $250,000 a game (which equals 20.5 million dollars for the season) to sit on the Knicks bench and watch basketball! REALLY!?
- REALLY?! A Judge in Urbana, Illinois sentenced a man to listen to classical music for 20 hours and a $35 fine or just pay a $150 fine after violating the cities noise ordinance by playing rap music too loud at night. REALLY?! The man made it through 15 minutes, and went ahead and paid the $150 fine. REALLY! CLICK HERE FOR REAL STORY
- REALLY?! Professional Athletes stop being retarded, taking water pills so you can smoke weed and take steroids! And stop fighting bodyguards, spitting your drinks on Women, and going on high rides. Are you in High School? REALLY!? You have millions of dollars, stay at home in your mansion or condo and be stupid! REALLY!!
- REALLY?! In some polls John McCain is losing to Barack Obama in West Virginia, and Barack has only been to the bottom of the state! REALLY!? If that’s true, then break out the Young Jeezy CD and get ready to bump “My President” on November 5th!…OMG ARE YOU SERIOUS?!

But right now I just check TVJobs.com every 5 minutes for openings and send resume tapes and dvds out to TV stations(i spend so much money in shipping).
I am a May 2008 Graduate of the Gina Martino Dahlia School of Broadcast News @ West Virginia University. The most ”Slept On” broadcast news program in the country and the #4 Party School in the country… What can i say? I took the #1 ranking with me when I left!
My ispirations for this blog are hiphopgame, kanye west’s blog, pittsburgh puck talk (HEY CHRISTINA!!), Andy Warhol’s Interview Magazine, and my brain constantly telling me to write stuff down!
