Real Talk, when Kanye first came out at the VMA’s and sang “Love Lockdown” I was hooked to that song immediately! But when he said he was going to sing on the whole record…I wasn’t feeling it. But after 1 full listen to 808s & Heartbreak, I was definitely sorry for 2nd guessing Mr. West. At the American Music Awards Kanye said ”I wanna be Elvis” well he is headed in that direction with the musical and lyrical triumph that is 808s & Heartbreak, aka Kanye’s Break-Up Opus. Beyonce’s 3rd Solo Album I Am…Sasha Fierce (Deluxe Edition) would have been a great album if put all into 1 album and I won’t be surprised if it is in the near future. If you’re not in the know, I Amis disc 1, Beyonce’s, folk/country/R&B side, while …Sasha Fierce(disc 2), is the more upbeat R&B/Hip Hop side of Beyonce. Sarah Palin… 7-Million Dollar Book Deal…Really?!
Alright, Sarah Palin’s rise to American Celebrity basically overnight fascinates me more than anyone, but I wouldn’t offer her 7-million bones to write a book about it! I mean honestly I just wanna know about the what really went down in the last 4 months of the Election! From the time she had her interview in Arizona with John and Cindy McCain until November the 5th. Because other than that she’s just a woman from Alaska..BORING! So, unless she talks about why she went on hiatus for 3 weeks after the Republican National Convention, the fighting going on within the campaign, what it felt like to be criticized on national TV 24/7, and other info you know she won’t give…what are you paying her 7-Million for?! Really?! She’s already done more interviews on TV after the election than she did during and basically said the same worthless shit… So, BOOK PUBLISHERS, PLEASE MAKE THIS PALIN SHIT STOP!! She got her 15 minutes of fame don’t let her stretch it to 30… unless she’s gonna give you some good information for a change …REALLY!!

DDISBORED Album Review of Ludacris’ Theater of Mind
Ludacris‘ new album “Theater of Mind” was supposed to be the album to put him into the upper echelon of hip-hop…but he definitely falls short of that. This album is very enjoyable, with songs like the brilliant “Everybody Hates Chris” with Chris Rock, the raunchy “Nasty Girl” with an incredible guest verse from Plies, and the DJ Premier produced “MVP”. But there are just too many damn guest appearances here (18 to be exact), and he is upstaged on most of them, none more evident than on the Jay-Z & Nas assisted “I Do It For Hip-Hop”. There are only 2 songs with just Ludacris on this whole album!! So, if you like Ludacris as a 1 verse and done artist, “Theater of Mind” will be a Ludacris triumph to you. (DDISBORED RATING: 5 out of 10)

Sports Soup is a great new show on Versus hosted by Matt Iseman (no clue who he is, but he gets the job done). It’s a variation of “The Soup” on E!, but all about funny sports moments that happen during the week. I work part-time for 1250 ESPN Radio & Radio Disney AM540 in Pittsburgh. So basically, i listen to people talk about sports and rock out to the Jonas Brothers and Hannah Montana and get paid for it.
I’ve wanted to be a Reporter/Anchor since I was in 5th grade and I couldn’t see myself doing anything else (btw if you know anyone that can hook me up with a job…holler). But right now I just check TVJobs.com every 5 minutes for openings and send resume tapes and dvds out to TV stations(i spend so much money in shipping).
I am a May 2008 Graduate of the Gina Martino Dahlia School of Broadcast News @ West Virginia University. The most ”Slept On” broadcast news program in the country and the #4 Party School in the country… What can i say? I took the #1 ranking with me when I left!
My ispirations for this blog are hiphopgame, kanye west’s blog, pittsburgh puck talk (HEY CHRISTINA!!), Andy Warhol’s Interview Magazine, and my brain constantly telling me to write stuff down!
