THE NBA SEASON HAS STARTED and I’m so excited that i can barely control myself.  Watching highlights every night, the fast paced action, the dunks, Kobe, Lebron, D-Wade.. damn I LOVE THIS GAME!!   My thoughts this week may be a little off, but hey, it’s the first NBA thoughts of the season and  we’re only 5 games into the seaosn… So enjoy DDISBORED’s 10 Thoughts on the NBA.. thus far…

1. The OKLAHOMA CITY THUNDER aka THE BABY BOLTS lead by Kevin Durant, Jeff Green, & Russell Westbrook will make the Playoffs this year after only winning 23 games last year!!  And Durant may win MVP… stay tuned..
2. Lebron James still lacks the Killer Instinct that he needs to be great!  LeBron is 6 years in the league and against the Celtics instead of beasting through the lane down by 4 with 3 minutes left… he gives up the ball twice, Cavs Lose!  He needs to take some lessons from Kobe on how to put that dagger in and start twisting it!
3. Rudy Gay is soooooo smart for not signing a contract extension with the Memphis Grizzlies (even though it was for 50 million).  Heck, I don’t even know if I would sign with Memphis.  Gay, is a diamond in the deep rough of the NBA, just looking for a team (cough, Cleveland) to find him!!
4. The Celtics, Rajon Rondo is one of the best Point Guards in the NBA and starting a battle with the BEST point in the NBA, Chris Paul, is good for the league! Though, Rondo, may want to shut his mouth and focus on winning another championship now because KG, Ray Allen, Paul Pierce, & Rasheed Wallace could all retire after this season.
5. Rookie, Brandon Jennings is a genius for not going to college last year!  I know that is an oxymoron if I’m talking about the local bartender, but the Milwaukee Bucks point guard is averaging 22 points, 2 steals, and 6 assists per game, after spending last year playing in Europe.
6. KOBE BRYANT IS STILL THE LEAGUES BEST PLAYER AND HAS BEEN SINCE 2003! ..stop kidding yourself..
7. I wish that the NBA showed more teams on TV, but I know they won’t because of ratings and such.  The only teams shown every week are: The Lakers, Cavs, Spurs, & Heat… I would love to see the Warriors, Hornets, Thunder, & Blazers every once and awhile…
8. I said this in July, but I feel like I need to say this again… THE TORONTO RAPTORS ARE GOING TO BE THE SURPRISE TEAM IN THE NBA THIS YEAR!! So, if you want to win some money… put it on the Raptors!  Chris, Hedu, Andrea, Jose, & DeMar are ready to shock some people!!
9. All NBA pregame, halftime, & postgame coverage should be handled by Charles, Kenny, and EJ from TNT! The ESPN & ABC crews just don’t compare!
10. 5 GAMES DOWN… 77 GAMES TO GO… til the PLAYOFFS!!  YESSIR!!

5 games into the season those are my thoughts… whether you love ‘em or you got a problem with ‘em

What’s Good?!  I’m enjoying this college football season so much that I decided to make my own top 15 poll, The DIB Rankings or the DdIsBored Rankings for those not in the know.  I judge the teams by my eyes, not by history or prestige, so there will be some teams out or in the DIB Top 15 that may shock you every week… hey, if you wanted the AP Poll move on to the next article on ddisbored.wordpress.com! Welp, I’m done rambling here are the 1st ever DDISBORED College Football Top 15 Rankings!!

1. Alabama … Nobody has looked better than them… they are Beasting People!
2. Texas … They have the baddest white boy on the planet… Jordan Shipley
3. Virginia Tech … Only loss is to my #1 Team, and It Could Have Gone Either Way…
4. Boise State … They may not rise higher than this b/c of their schedule…
5. Cincinnati … Class of the Big East.. Tony Pike is a Boss
6. Iowa … Went Into Paternoville and Pissed On All The Tents… Deserves a High Ranking…
7. Florida … FREAKIN’ PLAY SOMEBODY EARLY IN THE SEASON! GOOD LORD!!
8. Houston … One of the best offenses in the country, they can score on Anyone!
9. USC … With Matt Barkley They Roll Washington & Stay Undefeated…
10. TCU … DEFENSE! DEFENSE! DEFENSE! DEFENSE!  They play it better than most!!
11. Michigan… Rich Rod is doing his usual 2nd year thing… Winning & Forcier is damn good!
12. Oklahoma … How Long Can They Hold Up Without Sam Bradford?!?
13. LSU … I’ve watched them twice, and I’m not impressed… #4 the AP is a bit much…
14. Oregon … Running Back LaGarette Blount was obviously a Cancer to the team, because the Ducks are playing like they’re in Remission…
15. Kansas … If you haven’t watched Senior QB Todd Reesing over the last 3 years DO IT NOW!!

On The Outside Looking In: South Florida… is Daniels the next Grothe?  Only Time Will Tell…
